Why God?

Here is a post a friend of mine wrote. I pray it blesses and inspires you as it has for me!

Endless Grace

It’s funny how its only when something bad or unpleasant happens to me that I want to run to Jesus and love on Him. Only when I am at the point of “having nothing else”, then I want to read my bible, listen all day to my worship music, meditate with Him, and of course, write blog posts (hence the last time I wrote something 🙂 ) That’s how, I, as an immature Christian operate.
We wonder why God tells us to do things that are hard for us to do, or instead of asking us (because He knows we would never say yes), just takes away things or closes doors.
Because we claim that we are His servants, and that we want His will for our lives, we surrender those things that He asks us to give up and simply say, “God we trust you.”
We trust you. Meanwhile we weep…
